Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (New Jersey based):


  • Address e-mail and phone inquiries in a timely manner

  • General knowledge & experience working with a warehouse and its daily operations

  • Pick & pack shipments, processing orders, returns & exchanges varying in size

  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and decrease returns

  • Maintain customer satisfaction in order to build loyalty 


  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service role required

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience in retail / fashion is preferred

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and be tech-savvy

  • Ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty

  • Strong understanding of customer needs

  • Must be highly organized and have attention to detail

  • Must be a problem solver

  • Must have the ability to stay calm and comfort irate customers

  • Must have flexibility in hours - evenings and holidays
