Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (New Jersey based):
Responsibilities:
Address e-mail and phone inquiries in a timely manner
General knowledge & experience working with a warehouse and its daily operations
Pick & pack shipments, processing orders, returns & exchanges varying in size
Identify opportunities to maximize sales and decrease returns
Maintain customer satisfaction in order to build loyalty
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service role required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in retail / fashion is preferred
Strong written and verbal skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and be tech-savvy
Ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty
Strong understanding of customer needs
Must be highly organized and have attention to detail
Must be a problem solver
Must have the ability to stay calm and comfort irate customers
Must have flexibility in hours - evenings and holidays
